About This Coffee

This coffee comes to us from the Gatta Drying Station in Sidama, Ethiopia. 563 producers from the Shantawene community contributed to this microlot. These producers grow their coffee as part of a polyculture system, intercropped alongside fruit and vegetables. This microlot was named Odaco after the Odaco tree. An important symbol for the Shentawene people who grew this coffee.
