Mildly roasted for the hand filter, this coffee unfolds its full-bodied aroma of dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Made from 100% Arabica (Típica, Colombia, Castilla), hand-roasted in small batches – no more than 4 weeks before shipping. Processing: washed. This single origin comes from the Red Ecolsierra cooperative in the Colombian Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta – one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. There, it was grown as a true specialty coffee at 1,200–1,900 m and freshly hand-picked. This single origin coffee comes from the mountains of the Colombian Sierra Nevada – hand-picked by over 400 families of the Red Ecolsierra cooperative. What makes it special? Dieser Single Origin stammt von der Kooperative Red Ecolsierra aus der kolumbianischen Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta – einem der artenreichsten Hochlandgebiete der Welt. Dort wurde er als echter Specialty Coffee auf 1.200–1.900 m angebaut und frisch von Hand geerntet.
