The 100% Arabica beans of the Colombia and Castilla varieties are gently roasted in small batches by hand – no more than 4 weeks before shipping. Processing: washed. This specialty coffee comes from the Colombian Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta – one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. Grown at 1,105 m on the Finca Diamante under ideal conditions, it is hand-picked and produced organically and fairly. Organic and Fairtrade-certified, proudly co-owned by the farmer – for sustainable coffee enjoyment with real impact. When the sun rises in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Jaime García begins a new day full of devotion.
