This washed field blend from La Muralla, a community lot in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, is a balance of complex florals, sweetness, and gentle key lime-forward acidity. The cup opens with a bright Pink Starburst sweetness, before shifting into the more delicate floral & herbal clarity found commonly in Geshi varietals, giving us soft rose petals and a cooling herbal note on the tongue, and finishes with a well rounded and sweet acidity.
