About This Coffee

Introducing our newest DCAF Pods from Chiapas - Mexico's most famous coffee region. We loved this coffee's sweetness and balance so much in bean form, we had to make it into pods. Grown on Santa Fé farm near the Guatemalan border (dating back to 1855!), it's full of heritage and flavour. Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, it keeps all its taste without chemicals - just smooth, full-bodied coffee.
