About This Coffee

A clean expression of Colombian coffee, this Colombia and Castillo has crisp acidity supported by light caramelised notes. Gran Galope lots exist to recognise the depth of quality found across Colombia's regional supply, beyond single farms or small microlots. This coffee from Caldono, Cauca is part of that programme, bringing together coffees from a network of smallholder producers whose work is carefully cupped and selected. As an "Excelso" lot, it is chosen for consistency and versatility.
