About This Coffee

This is an explosively delicious washed coffee from Cajamarca. Put quite simply, I've never tasted a coffee like it. This Sydra is really quite special. Reminds me of fresh washed Nyeri coffee but with more purity and expressiveness. Apricot and currant aromas explode from the cup and leave you wondering where you are. Lovely flavors follow with tangerine, redcurrant, and Colorado apricot leading the charge. If you're not careful, the evil llama is gonna get you!
