About This Coffee

Produced by CoE winning Mullugeta Muntasha, in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this sun-dried anaerobic coffee is a light-bodied coffee with lots of flavour. Intense notes of baked blueberries, syrupy orange compote, and fragrant elderberries reminds us of the vivid berry-forward natural Ethiopian coffees of the mid 2010s. This is a coffee that we roast very lightly, and only gets better the longer you rest. We recommend 3 to 4 weeks for optimal expression.
