About This Coffee

New harvest, new coffee, but same loud taste and flavour. This is the second year that we bring in the lychee and peach co-ferment from Finca el Paraiso, and it's just as fragrant, syrupy and sweet. We blend this coffee with a washed Kenyan to provide more body, to highlight the natural stonefruit notes, and to offer a more complex sweetness. In this cup we taste heavy notes of lychee, stonefruit, and bright acidity.
