About This Coffee
This coffee comes from Las Flores farm, grown by Diego and Jhoan Vergara. This washed Tabi has a beautiful balance of sweetness and tartness, with fun and prickly-like acidity. The thermal shock method adds even more clarity and depth of flavour, empthasizing sweentness. In this cup we find loud notes of raspberry, hibiscus, and candy.
