From the rugged slopes of Huehuetenango, Freddy and Alejandro Morales continue to redefine what Guatemalan coffee can be. We've worked with their family for over eight years, and over the last three, we've seen Finca Los Aguacatones emerge as one of the most compelling sites on their land. Once an avocado farm, the terrain was shaped over time into something entirely different, guided by intention and a commitment to progress. This coffee is the result of that evolution, built on resilience, clarity, and a drive to push Guatemalan coffee forward.
