About This Coffee
Decaffeinated coffee from various farmers in the Minas Gerais region. Sorted by size and quality before decaffeination using ethyl acetate (sugar cane byproduct process). Beans are steamed, soaked in ethyl acetate solution to remove caffeine, then steamed again and dried with final quality control before roasting.
