Sleep Walk is a culmination of shared experiences and ideas from our eccentric global perspective. We are students of an ever-evolving craft bringing you the most intellectually honest chocolate we can deliver. Each bar weighs 1.2oz and consists of the following ratios of ingredients: 70% cocoa, 30% sugar, and all are vegan. Trinitario is originally from Trinidad & Tobago, giving the cacao its name, and is a cross between criollo and Forastero varieties. The trees get the more robust structure and high yields from their Forastero parent, while having a more complex flavor profile coming from the criollo genetics.
