A beautiful floral and tea-like cup, well-balanced, clean, and expressive. It opens with juicy clementine, reveals pure jasmine aspects from hot to cold, and finishes on a sweet citrus that reminds us of Meyer lemon. Finca Auromar sits high in the mountains of Candela, Chiriqui, where forest and coffee grow into one another. Founded in 2006 by Roberto Brenes, the farm was created with the idea of producing exceptional coffee while protecting the surrounding ecosystem.
