Origin: Ethiopia. Farm: Geisha Village Oma block. Altitude: 1931-2040 m. Variety: Geisha 1931. Process: Natural. This lot comes from the same plot and process as 054, just harvested a little later in the season. When hot, it opens with apricot jam, while a beautiful orange blossom note carries through from hot to cold. The lactic texture, combined with subtle vegetal notes, recalls fine oolong teas. The finish brings crisp berries and the freshness of tangerine.
