About This Coffee

Once the cherries arrive at the Rumudamo Washing Station, they are placed in water for sorting and removal of floaters. The cherries are then pulped and undergoes a wet fermentation for 48 hours. The cherries are then washed before being laid to dry in African beds for 8-12 days, depending on the weather.
