Sourced through Karst Organics, this coffee comes from a collective of 140+ households in the Letefoho region. Their ongoing work with the Rotutu community focuses on improving quality, infrastructure, and ensuring fair, consistent payment for producers. This is a natural process, where the whole coffee cherry is dried in the sun with the fruit still intact. As it dries, the beans absorb sugars and flavours from the surrounding pulp, creating a richer, sweeter profile.
