About This Coffee

Built on our love of African coffees, this coffee is bright, buoyant, and makes us happy! Bouncy Castle typically showcases a single-origin washed Ethiopian coffee but is open to any sparkly coffees as long as there’s something vibrant, sweet, and fun in the flavour. This specific lot, from Dinkalem’s Wush Wush site, consists of local landrace varieties, naturally adapted from the Wush Wush variety near the Agama River that conveys a classic “Washed Ethiopia” profile of bright citrus and warm florals, with some lovely fruit.
