About This Coffee
Vibrant, floral aromas of rose, orange and red currant harmonize perfectly with panela sweetness and fine chocolate notes. Pink Bourbon variety grown at over 1800m, harvested only when fully ripe with characteristic salmon-pink color. Processed with floating selection, oxidation, anaerobic fermentation, washing, and 15-20 days drying on raised beds.
