About This Coffee
This coffee is part of our Orange Bourbon Project with Finca Majahual, where we partnered with producer Patrick Murray to explore four post-harvest processes using a single Orange Bourbon lot. This washed process highlights the purest expression of the varietal. Grown between 1,500 and 1,800 meters in the Los Naranjos Valley, the coffee is harvested at peak ripeness, meticulously sorted, and fully washed. It is currently processed and dried at Sicafe while the farm prepares to build its own wet mill. The result is crisp and transparent, with notes of Earl Grey, red apple, and blood orange.
