About This Coffee
One of the stops was to Los Tongos, run by Carlos David Castillo, son of Israel de Jesus Castillo. Los Tongos is a staple on our coffee menu and we are looking forward to buying more coffee from here as they have recently acquired a second plot of land. We often have several interesting varieties from Los Tongos including Pacas, Pacamara, & SL-28.
