About This Coffee

Our coffee beans Ethiopia Sawana taste fruity-sweet with notes of rose, strawberry and vanilla. The green coffee comes from the Sewda Washing Station, which is located near the village of Shanka in the Guji Zone. It belongs to Testi Coffee, a company founded in 2009 by producer Faysel A. Yonis and his wife. The beans are grown at around 2200 meters and processed using the Natural method, resting in shaded raised beds for 21 days after a water bath.
