About This Coffee

Elkin Guzman is back. We’ve always loved the coffee’s coming from Elkin Guzman in Colombia. He truly is a leader in the industry when it comes to processing and producing high-end coffees. This coffee is from his farm, El Mirador, in Huila, Colombia. Elkin Aerobically fermenting this coffee in barrels for 96-120 hours, thereafter he removed part of the fruit/skin (Honey Process) before drying it for 18-25 days. The result is a very interesting coffee with loads of Lemongrass, some mint, honey and Sugarcane Candy notes.
