About This Coffee

A very special filter coffee from Indonesia with fruity strawberry notes and aromas of peach and macadamia. The fine acidity of the coffee is achieved through the fermentation of the whole coffee cherry under exclusion of oxygen. A rounded sweetness complements the taste. Hand-roasted in Bremen.
