About This Coffee

This natural-processed Brazil delivers layered sweetness of milk chocolate and caramel, wrapped in roasted peanut and peanut butter notes. We been drinking this on drip and espresso and liking them both. This is a classic, comfort-driven cup built around deep peanut tones and soft sweetness. From the first grind, the wet aroma leans heavily into chunky peanut butter, supported by hints of caramel, brown sugar, and a light creamy/dairy sweetness. There’s a nostalgic, pantry-like warmth here—think peanut shells, Quaker oats, and fresh popcorn. Hot — The cup opens with peanut shells and peanut butter, quickly moving into peanut brittle and light caramel sweetness. It drinks very “Brazil-like” in profile. Cooled — As it drops in temperature, it softens into peanut butter cookie and Nutter Butter territory. Body tapers slightly, but the cup holds together well, with lingering peanut character. Overall — A straightforward, nut-forward coffee with layered peanut expressions from raw to sweet. Not flashy, but highly drinkable and comforting—ideal for someone who wants that classic, nostalgic, Milk chocolate and peanut profile in the cup.
