A washed coffee from 763 smallholder families across the Northern Peruvian highlands, this coffee is meticulously processed at the individual farm level using traditional pulpers and fermented for 18-36 hours. This thoughtfully farmed single-origin coffee comes from Elevación AMAZ, an association that also supports education for children in the region through its NUAM program.
