About This Coffee
For as interesting as these notes are, this is one of the most 'tame' offerings we have released from Nestor Lasso. Lots of bright citrus and intense tropical fruit notes intermingle with savory basil, a bit of thyme perhaps, rosemary, and the rest of that Simon and Garfunkel song. There's a push and pull here, never settling in a single direction on the palate.
