Washed Pink Bourbon from new-to-us producer Carlos Ramón Díaz. Offers sparkling lime acidity along with candied and tactile sweetness. Light roast profile pushes the sweetness further. Citrus laden cup dominated by lime acidity and tartness, giving way to pink bourbon sweetness presenting as pink starburst and sugary marshmallow.
