About This Coffee

Supremo denotes the largest, most prized grade of Colombian coffee beans. Ours are sourced from smallholder farmers growing Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varietals at 1,250–2,150 masl, then fully washed for a clean, consistent cup with tasting notes of cocoa nibs, red grapes, molasses, and roasted nuts. Roasted for Espresso or Filter Each batch is roasted in small quantities in Abu Dhabi to preserve the beans' natural sweetness and body, whether you're pulling a shot of espresso or brewing a pour-over.
