About This Coffee

A truly competition-worthy profile. A handshake separates me from this farm. La Esperanza farm was established in 1946. 80 years ago, Don Antonio Ricon and Dona Lucia Garcia planted the first coffee trees in the state of Veracruz. The history of the Rincon family really took off in 1970, thanks to the division of the family estate in the name of peace and better organization. The real game changer was Emmanuel Ricon, who turned the processing process upside down. Instead of sticking to schemes, he opted for bold experiments with fermentation and exchanging experiences with producers from around the world. In 2018, Emmanuel joined forces with Andreas, whom I shook hands with in 2022 when he showed me what farms in Mexico look like. With Exportadora de Café California, entering the pro level, he combined the fight for the highest quality with care for the ecosystem and soil regeneration. The result? Since 2019, the beans from La Esperanza have been a pure competition-worthy profile. Emmanuel obsessively seeks clarity, complexity, and that perfect balance between body, acidity, and sweetness in the brew.

Description
Profil iście konkursowy. Uścisk dłoni dzieli mnie od tej farmy. Farma La Esperanza powstała w 1946 roku. 80 lat temu pierwsze drzewka kawowe w stanie Veracruz posadzili Don Antonio Ricon i Dona Lucia Garcia.
