This is a stunning anaerobic fermented Geisha varietal from a small farm in Colombia. Complex and juicy with a cup score of 88 points. Coffee was hand harvested from Geisha varietal trees and carefully hand sorted before being fermented for 96 hours in oxygen free tanks. After fermenting the coffee was pulped and dried as a honey processed coffee.
