About This Coffee

El Silencio Panela is a stunning high-cup score micro-lot produced from Pink Bourbon varietal trees grown by small-hold farmers at high altitudes in Colombia. The coffee is very carefully hand harvested and processed using a two-stage extended ferment washed method. The municipality of Palestina, located in the southern part of Huila state, is known for its microclimate perfectly suited for growing high-quality coffee.
