Eli Espinoza owns a 4 hectares of land in the village of Las Pirias, Chirinos. This microlot was hand-harvested from Geisha varietal trees, very carefully hand-sorted and dried under the protection of a solar drier for 45 days. This is a stunning high-cup score micro lot with tasting notes that include blueberry, passion fruit and honeysuckle.
