About This Coffee

This stunning Geisha varietal coffee comes from a large 675 hectare estate farm located in El Tumbador, San Marcos, Guatemala. They are one of the most established and experienced coffee producers in the country producing many different varietals and processes. The Geisha was carefully hand harvested and kept separate from other varietals. After harvest the coffee was washed to remove any defects, pulped to remove the outer layer of fruit and dried on raised tables. This is a complex Geisha full of character with tasting notes that include lavender, red grape and honey.
