This is a perfect example of a well balanced, washed coffee comes from Guatemala. Nueva Granada is a 675 hectare estate farm located in El Tumbador, San Marcos, Guatemala. They are one of the most established and experienced coffee producers in the country producing many different varietals and processes. This coffee comes from the section of the farm names Monte Flor. Coffee is carefully hand harvested and fermented over night before processing as a washed coffee and dried on concrete patios.
