This coffee is a rare mutant of Bourbon coffee. It is easily distinguished from other Arabica beans by its small size and round shape. It is difficult to grow, is highly susceptible to coffee diseases and is difficult to pick. The flavors are sweet floral, citrus, and dark chocolate. It has a rich aroma with complex flavors of citrus, spices, and chocolate. The mouthfeel is satiny.
