About This Coffee
Pink Bourbon separation harvested January 2025 from a 4-hectare farm with 3 hectares planted with coffee. Qualities similar to washed Ethiopian coffee. Cherries picked at peak ripeness every 15 days, floated, fermented in wooden hopper for 24 hours, depulped, dry fermented for 26 hours, washed, drained for 12 hours, then dried on raised beds for 15-20 days.
