About This Coffee

Boa Sopa (good soup), is a new staple of our “story” coffee offering. It will always come from female producers who may change from time to time, but will hold the same taste profile. It’s a classic Brazilian that works really well both black or with milk and has become a firm favourite within the roastery and with our customers. This coffee is suitable for all brewing methods, and we really hope you enjoy it. Our tasting/cupping notes for this coffee come from our Q Grader, Monika. She'll always find at least 7 or 8 aromas, taste notes, etc and then select the three she finds most pronounced to put on our bags. For this coffee, she selected "Chocolate, Hazelnut and Apple".
