This darker roast of the Nightcap highlights the deep chocolate quality that is inherent to coffees from Mexico. While this roast is closer to a medium-dark roast, the rich characteristics of molasses, baking chocolate, and real vanilla pod come through clean and clear. There is a pleasing mouthfeel of cosmic brownie that carries throughout the cup!
