About This Coffee

Geisha has a reputation as the 'best' varietal in specialty coffee; and under that assumption, we've certainly bought a fair few. With the advent of more innovative processes, there's plenty of very good coffee around however, the classic washed process 'Geisha' flavour is still something to be admired. When Alex's coffee crossed our cupping table we leapt at the chance to buy it. Full of the florality, balance and complexity that Geisha is known for, this coffee nails the classic profile and reminded us why we started roasting 'exotic' coffees in the first place.
