One of the things that coffee roasters love is good acidity. When we buy coffee we often obsess over the quality and type of a coffee's acidity. Washed process coffees often shine in this department and that's why you'll find a lot in our and other quality roaster's offerings. Guatemalan coffees can deliver the kind of cup quality that we're looking for and in this lot from Finca Bromelias, Don Arturo gives us what we want. In late 2024 we went on the lookout for a coffee like this, a classic profile from a legendary producing region ( Huehuetenango that is). We were happy to find this lot, purchased through Cafe Imports both available and tasting delicious.
