About This Coffee

We are always excited to have these coffees in the roastery as they are undoubtedly some of the best coffee from India. We've visited Prakash at Riverdale and have a strong connection with him and the farm workers, making this coffee extra special to us. This coffee is a Carbonic Maceration Process, which expands on Prakash's offering of high fidelity processing and experimentation. The coffee is picked, float sorted and then fermented in an anoxic environment which favours yeasts and lowers the risk of unwanted fermentation flavours.
