We've selected an incredible lot from producer Luz Emerita Herrera Villanueva. Sourced through Caravela Coffee, this coffee continues our run of exceptional Peruvian coffees. Known for its high altitude farms, Peruvian coffee typically has high acidity with great cup structure. Luz has done a fantastic job of growing and processing this coffee to deliver those things in ample quantity. This Bourbon exhibits the classic, clean cup and chocolate the varietal is known for but with great structure, balance and fruitiness that only exceptional work at the farm can produce. Mechanically pulped and then fermented in plastic tanks for 24 hours, washed and dried in a solar drier. We're really happy with the positive affects on this bourbon and are sure you will be too.
