Garden Coffee from the Dara district in southern Sidamo region. Coffee trees grow near farmer homes under shade plants like enset and avocado in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Washed processing method typical of high-altitude Sidamo. Elegant and balanced cup with bright, lively acidity and silky body. Flavor profile reminiscent of Earl Grey tea with bergamot freshness and jasmine florals. Pronounced sweetness provides balance and length.
