Garden coffee from the Kebado village area in the Dara district of Sidamo region. Coffee trees grow near farmers' homes under shade plants like Enset and Avocado in nutrient-rich red soil. Washed processing method prevalent in high-altitude Sidama. Elegant and balanced cup with bright, lively acidity and silky body. Reminiscent of fine Earl Grey with depth of black tea, freshness of bergamot, and floral notes of jasmine. Pronounced sweetness provides balance and length.
