Peaberry (PB) from the Githiga Wet Mill at the foot of Mount Kenya. 980 farmers bring their cherries to the Wet Mill, which are classically washed processed. Wonderful fruit and caramel notes with typical Kenyan acidity. Suitable for filter and espresso.
