About This Coffee

Our coffee from Brazil comes from the Minas Gerais region. It delights coffee lovers with a strong-soft body and distinct hazelnut and cocoa notes. Its excellent aroma is due to the special processing method "Pulped Natural," where parts of the pulp remain on the coffee bean for a longer time, creating a natural sweetness. The Japanese Miaki family has successfully operated their farm since 1980 at an altitude of about 1,200 meters in the Municipality of Patrocínio Cerrado.
