About This Coffee
A medium-strength espresso or strong coffee with a finely structured roast profile. At the same time, it is our strongest coffee, which is processed "natural". In this process, the coffee bean is only removed from the fruit flesh after the drying process. This - and the use of 100% Arabica beans - offers a very complex taste experience. It combines fine fruity notes of cherry and plum with a chocolatey finish.

- Ein mittelkräftiger Espresso oder starker Kaffee mit einem fein strukturiertem Röstprofil. Gleichzeitig ist er unser stärkster Kaffee, der "natural" aufbereitet wird. Hierbei wird die Kaffeebohne erst nach dem Trocknungsvorgang vom Fruchtfleisch befreit. Dadurch - und durch die Verwendung von 100% Arabica Bohnen - bietet er ein sehr komplexes Geschmackserlebnis. Er vereint fein fruchtige Anklänge nach Kirsche und Pflaume mit einem schokoladigen Abgang.
