About This Coffee
Complex Geisha coffee from Finca Deborah in Panama. Carefully harvested with selective picking (up to 8 times per plant). Fermented naturally in juice tanks and slowly shade-dried for up to 30 days under temperature control. Stored in vacuum-sealed 15kg bags at constant 15°C. Roasted to order for maximum freshness.
