This coffee is part of the Condor Huila Project, dedicated to coffees produced by women in the Huila region. It was purchased during a graduation auction, where buyers taste and rank microlots before participating in a live auction. This particular lot was part of the silent auction, and we paid $7.00 per pound green directly to Cecilia Osorio. The cherries are selectively hand-harvested, floated to remove defects, and then processed using a honey method that emphasizes sweetness and texture.
